How We Met
Liz, Frank's sister, was working at the Oak Hills
Country Club, where Jess works, in July, 2008.
Jess and Liz encountered at the exit door of HEB
grocery store on Wurzbach, San Antonio, TX
while Frank was paying at the cashier. The
following day, Liz came to Jess to ask about Jess's
dating status, saying that Frank, her brother saw
Jess from a distance and was very interested to get
to know Jess. Jess was single and new in town so
she was very open to meet people and make
friends. Jess gave Liz her phone number and
Frank waited for 3 days( He kept a 3 day rule!!!
Ha!) until he made a first call to Jess. At first Jess
and Frank started talking on the phone. It was not
fair for Jess since Frank saw Jess but Jess didn't
have any clue about Frank except what Liz
described her brother ...handsome, clean cut,
well-spoken with nice green eyes....! No matter
what, once we started talking, we just hit it off
right away. Actually, Jess was carried away with
Frank's voice.. (continued.....to the right)

Getting to Know Each Other
Whenever we are together, we just couldn't stop talking to each other and laughed together until
we cried... We talked about everything.... Whenever we are together, we can feel the love from
each other and can feel being loved and cared. We both know that we cannot live our life
without each other. Hands down..!

When we got engaged
August 1st, 2009 on Frank's Birthday
How it Happened
Frank had a birthday party on August 1st 2009, 4 days earlier than his actual birthday
with around 30 friends from everywhere, including Laredo, Austin, and San Antonio.
Toward to the midnight he knelt down with his one knee and popped the question in
front of everybody. Even though there was no ring ready at that time, it didn't matter to
Jess.... because Jess knew Frank is the one Jess wanted to spend the rest of her life and
he is the one that Jess wanted to share laughter, happiness, and joy forever........
Then....... three months later on Thanksgiving day Frank knelt down with his both knees (
HE WAS NERVOUS!!) and proposed to Jess with the most beautiful ring Jess's ever
seen.... in front of a whole family.... Jess cried... Jess's mom cried...and so did
Frank.....from happiness and joy....!!
